Our rates are competitive and reflect the high quality of our work.
Prices depend on deadlines, the nature of the
translation, the complexity of the document, whether
travel is required, etc. The rates are slightly higher
for documents containing technical or specialized terms,
such as patents, legal contracts and academic papers.
Estimates are calculated according to the complexity of
your project, readability, format, and technical content
of the material submitted. The final output format of
your project is also considered, i.e. a Word document is
cheaper than the special formatting requirements and
additional editing and layout time of a PowerPoint
presentation or website layouts, etc.
Translation usually is charged by the word in the source language,
any other work by the hour. We will be happy to quote
rates in lines, characters, pages, minutes of film/tape
and any other units to accommodate your billing
practices. It all really boils down to the time spent on
the project. Please contact us for a prompt quote. An
express service surplus charge will be 25% or negotiated
respectively.
Our payment methods are flexible. You can pay via a Paypal account
by clicking the Paypal payment button on your left on
the navigation bar. We also can send you an invoice via
Paypal and you will be directed to make payments via
Paypal. Or, if you prefer to write checks or mail money
drafts directly to us, please e-mail us to our
mail box to confirm, then we can send you an ordinary invoice.
